The lawsuit is against Tetra Tech who was a contractor hired by the Navy to clean up the shipyard. Tetra Tech perpetrated fraud by telling residents the radiated land had been cleaned. This suit is only against Tetra Tech Inc., Lennar Inc., and Five Point Holdings Inc, and not the U.S. Navy. Their liability has limits, but they must be held accountable for the dangerous fraud they committed against Hunters Point Community.
