If you are currently part of the Hunters Point Community, Zip Code 94124,(any part of 2004 to present) and have not left before 2004, you are eligible to join the lawsuit.

[Live, Work, School, Church, Visiting or Taking Care of Family or Friends…any sufficient, consistent contact with the Community of 94124, during or after 2004, will make you eligible]

(If you left the area BEFORE 2004, and have not maintained consistent contact, you may not qualify).

The lawsuit is against Tetra Tech who was a contractor hired by the Navy to clean up the shipyard. Tetra Tech perpetrated fraud by telling residents the radiated land had been cleaned.  This suit is only against Tetra Tech Inc., Lennar Inc., and Five Point Holdings Inc, and not the U.S. Navy.  Their liability has limits, but they must be held accountable for the dangerous fraud they committed against Hunters Point Community. one for you and one for your deceased family member.
2) Retainer Agreement:  Please print & fill-out one for each ADULT and each MINOR joining lawsuit.  ORIGINAL NEEDED, please print, write name at top & SIGN IN BLUE INK- Legal Guardian must sign Retainer for Minor child.  If you have a Minor Child write their name AND AGE as Client on the top of page one of Retainer AND Parent or Guardian will sign Adult information at the bottom of last page.

These types of cases can take several years to get resolved.  If you change your email address, phone number or mailing address, please type your updated contact information into the website form so we can update your records in our system.   

The lawsuit was initially filed May 1st of 2018. We have added names to the lawsuit 3 TIMES and will file a last amended complaint before the deadline on February 28, 2020, to incorporate all clients joining the lawsuit. Again, the DEADLINE to JOIN is February 25, 2020.
